If you're into the hipster type crowd, go to Manhattan or the World Famous (Hull St) for a drink.

Creature Comforts (Corner of Hancock Ave and Pulaski Ave) is fixing to close so you might want to hurry if you want to try it out.

Pretty sure Terrapin (which you have to drive about 5 minutes to get to beyond downtown) opens at 5:30.

For dinner, pick your poison; whatever your appetite, I about guarantee that Athens does it and does it well.

Please don't include World Famous in the same category as Manhattan, even if they are next door to each other. World Famous is great, Manhattan is a shithole dive bar.

You've already been to the Theater rooftop- more stuff.... my go-to spots

Fine Dining Downtown

The National (my favorite)
The Last Resort

Casual Grub Downtown-

The World Famous (asian/mideastern bar food, wings are hotter than MFer)
Ted's Most Best (pizza/sandwiches, outdoor seating)
Trappeze (fancy beers, great burger)
Georgia Theater Rooftop
Square One Fish Co (happy hour oyster specials, can't comment on the rest of the menu, I stick with the happy hour oysters.)

ETA
You can sort of split downtown in two halves with Lumpkin St being the divider. Downhill from Lumpkin is more of your 25+ crowd, and hipstery. Uphill from Lumpkin is your younger frat-tacular establishments. Being in my 30's and married I spend my time downhill from Lumpkin.
