I think you got it backwards, 706 & 912, I think. 404 was added for the perimeter only in it's inception, i think?

You're right, it was 404.

Nope... 404 was 1st then 706 was added for OTP minus Cobb, Douglas & a few other counties, then 770 was added when all OTP were knocked off 404...
