My first lucid nightmare had a very similar article. Couldn't make out faces at all, and apparently it's a common theme with most dreams.

"Someone knocking on your door is indicative of you having some weird fetish for people eating things out of your a-hole. Think caviar, crunch n munch...shite like that. Face distortion is further proof of the a-hole fetish thing while also leading into you hating women and routinely wanting to punch them in the face. The Pokemon thing is interesting because it hearkens back to your childhood...perhaps you feel trapped in your adult life? Also, All four options most likely said 'roll tide' which made your subconscious happy"
