Basically, what I'm getting from y'all is that y'all were excited about JJ for the future, correct? I understand. RP was there and looked to be a future All-SEC QB. No disagreement from me. And I have never said JJ was coming to start as a Freshman.
Now, y'all have BH coming in, who y'all are excited about, right? Understandable. So, y'all were excited about both QB's when they signed, but for different reasons, correct?
All I said above is true. What I'm about to say next is also true, and you can accept it or be hard-headed and deny it, I don't curr. The reason y'all are "more excited" about BH is because he is going to be starting as a Freshman. Why is he going to be starting as a Freshman? Because Miles cannot do one of two things: scout QB talent or develop QB talent. There is a reason BH is going to be starting this year. However you want to look at it, fine by me, but reality is that Miles doesn't have and hasn't recruited a RP.

not really. he was just the only option LSU had after Perrilloux. Jefferson wasn't even as highly touted as Jarrett Lee was coming out of high school. It was just a bad situation after RP's dismissal. He and Harris' situation aren't comparable at all at this point outside that they were both black dual threat QBs that may start a game as a freshman

So bc 1 QB in the Miles era sucked, Brandon Harris is doomed to failure? That's what I'm getting out of your ridiculous logic.
I've been humoring you this entire time about Miles, but perhaps I should inform you that he doesn't coach QBs. He's got a whole other guy for that, who, by the way, has a pretty impressive fricking resume. But hey, keep pretending there's a trend and that nothing is different from '08. It should keep you nice & numb until your reckoning day.
