This might be the biggest clusterfck thread I've read... think most "the rules" were edited 5 times and then after the fact...

Since not all czars showed, litigator and other alternates could have been added to the 13.
Instead, we have 14 somehow.
An even number.
That's clusterfrick potential right there.

Rules were never changed. Op was only updated for the results. This was just a dry run that included every idea that was put forth by the committee at the time, to see what would work and what would not. Everyone settle down.
