Why did Notre Dame seek out UGA and not the Barn in Auburn for a football game?

Seeing how Auburn just played for the NC six months ago and is the reigning SEC champs what made for this obvious snub?

Perception?

Low academics?

Condoning of criminal behavior?

Shitty location?

Combination of all above.

Probably because UGA is one of the few Big Six SEC programs that typically lose to big name out of conference teams.

Why would Notre Dame want to play a team that just played for the NC? You seen what happened last time they played a NC caliber team right? UGA loses a lot of games they shouldn't every year so maybe ND thinks they can actually beat them. UGA will still beat the shite out of them though so it doesn't really matter which team they pick.

ND doesn't want to travel to SEC country and lose. That's why.

Each point relative to both Auburn and UGA, or anyone else when "perspective" is in play. Who said ND initiated the matchup?

If I was a UGA fan I would want this guy banned. I'm not though so please feel free to continue making the fanbase look bad.

Shitty location? You have to be joking. Auburn is off of 85. Athens is one of the shittiest places to travel to (transportation wise) in the SEC. You could fly into Montgomery or ATL and be at Auburn much sooner than Athens.

The probably thought it was a much more winnable game yet against a well known SEC opponent giving them credibility.

I'll give you two reasons even though I like UGA.

1. UGA is the worst top half SEC team in OOC play. You guys royally screw up in OOC almost yearly.

2. They are trying to cut into Georgia for recruiting purposes.
