Bammers better pray this guy works out, 'cause there isn't sh*t at QB behind him if he craters.

Cornwell? I remember him being pretty damned good in high school.

I love how all rival fans just assume that since we are bringing in a transfer that all other QB's on our roster are horrible. David Cornwell and Cooper Bateman were both highly ranked and highly recruited QB's who any team in the SEC would have taken if they could. They are obviously young and inexperienced, but the last two times we started an inexperienced QB we won a national title with a simple offense relying on the ground game. We can win a national title with Coker, Cornwell or Bateman.
