There seems to be some sort of secret social dynamic at work where, in groups, LSU fans feel a need to put on spectacularly obnoxious and frequently aggressive displays of what I shall call, for the lack of a better word, machismo. Alone or in small groups, however, they're much like fans of SEC schools everywhere, fun and worth hanging out with.
Of course, they're Louisiana with a touch of jersey shore

No, they are not. Every single person I know that went to Bama/TAMU talked about how incredibly nice the TAMU fans were. Every one of them.
