The Conjuring made me laugh more than anything. Didn't use to be that way but I guess my tolerance for creepy movies has grown over the years.
Last one that got to me was Sinister.
Aggiebelle did NOT care for the Conjuring one little bit, though

Speaking of which, the first Paranormal Activity got to me a bit.
The creepiest part of that movie for me is when they woke up and the flour (or whatever they put down) then had footsteps in it.
Most horror movies don't really get to me as a whole. It's more of one or two scenes in the movie. The rest I usually judge pretty critically. "This is what defines horror?"

I think it's because it has that Exorcist feel to it.
It gets a lot of shite because of it's billion sequels but the first Paranormal Activity rustled my jimmies pretty bad when I saw in the theater. Probably the worst I've been since The Exorcist.
