Disorderly conduct means he was at a party and cops saw he was a football player who was drunk. Happens every fricking year in Oxford multiple times.

i just don't understand why you don't cite him for public intoxication. they both are minor misdemeanor offenses. one just has a lot better chance of standing up in court (a public intox), if that is what really happened.
