Without a doubt that can be a great thing for a team. I feel bad for Matthews but he's a little bitch. If I was a teammate and saw him acting that way and I was doing the right thing, I'd be pretty fricking annoyed. It's a signal that those who deserve to stay will, and those who don't better either shape up or ship the frick out.
