Perhaps, if you and your class spent more time learning to read, you'd see it triggered an arrest warrant (legal) to be issued and quite possibly the reason for the increased bail (legal).

no and no, and using either as any basis is not legal

Perhaps if you knew more about the law, specifically Louisiana law, you'd know one had nothing to do with the other.

Both the claim by the victim to have lost consciousness and Mills skipping the interviews were the result of legal advice IMO.

And I'd actually bet large on that assertion.
