For those with a rivals account here is a video of the post game celebration It keeps the camera on Mike through the last out so you can see his reaction. Head picks him up 3 feet off the ground with a massive bear hug, then shows a very long hug with Bjork. Afterwards you see him go out to the players and later his reaction with the fans. Very cool.

If you guys need any advice feel free to ask I went twice last year. Drove for the first two games then flew back for the championship series.

on stubhub they have general admission for like 17

These are all of bleacher seats and you have to wait in line to get decent seats. You will usually find scampers selling these for preppy cheap as well.

If we go we'd probably drive. I've heard that the drive to Omaha is terrible though

It was all interstate for me.

I-55 to Memphis then up to St. Louis then to Kansas City and finally north to Omaha.

It's a long drive but not too bad.

Heard the book for the entire CWS is 85 bucks. That's probably the best way to go and just do your best to sell other game tix individually.

These are only outfield bleacher seats. I sat here once of the 4 games I went to. I don't advise this unless you're looking to save money. You can buy chair back tix for $25-35

Just booked a hotel in Lincoln. Its only an hour out and about $300 cheaper. Just FYI.

Should have checked out Council Bluffs, Iowa instead a lot closer. Lincoln is a good ride from the stadium. You will notice as teams get eliminated, assuming you win everything becomes cheaper.

I you aren't afraid to deal with scalpers and ask around in the reserved parking lots behind TD Ameritrade.

ETA: I had a blast last year and plan on going back again. I hope you guys have a blast up there.

Just a FYI, a lot of locals will be cheering for UVA their head coach Brian O'Connor is a local and former star at Creighton so they will have local support. I want to say he is part of the statue outside of the gate at the stadium as well.

We owe them revenge for 09. I hope Trent pitches against them. I could see the score being like 2-1 if we play a clean game
