re: "Case of the Mondays" Mon Night IM Thread

Started the day at the D-day museum. I wanted to go see the USS Tang final experience. so we did the D-Day movie, sub experience, and the museum for most of the day. After that we walked across the street to the Confederate Memorial Hall museum. It's not very big but it is packed with artifacts from the Confederacy including a huge section of Jefferson Davis personal artifacts. They also have the most pristine uniforms I have seen from the Civil war along with really nice restored and unrestored flags. The museum is actually the oldest in Louisiana. I was very impressed by how well the collection had been kept up.
