Def. a pepper head. I love to experiment & make sauces & I'm just learning to work with the "superhots"... Imma working a coupla CSA organic farmer mkts. every week with my niece who learned jams & jellies from my mom & also has dibs on salsa's & sauces produced as long as they're ph4.0 or lower with her cottage license using our certified organic designation. I've just sold plaques/birdhouses/planters/shelves/wine racks etc. so far but our salsa's & sauces are gonna be winners for the fall festival season...
