By far. It's my goto with any meat that's not poultry. It's got a great flavor and isn't sodium blasted like that salt syrup Dales.

I can let allegro marinate over night and not have to worry about it overpowering the meat but adds just enough flavor and great juices.

Got the cooker at 425 gonna throw on real quick for a sear then throw the diffuser plate on and simmer it down to 300. Bout to light a nice cigar and enjoy the night with the wife.
