Got some turkey legs to smoke. Came home and they stank to high heaven. Taking them back tomorrow. Luckily I got some pork tenderloins as well so I'll be grilling them tonight.
I've got them marinating in allegro with some nice spices rubbed in. Was planning on a longer cook then just tenderloin tonight so I'm gonna catch a buzz while the grill is going for an hour or two.
