I'm always willing to try new food. My wife and I travel a good bit and always make sure to give the local fare a try. Morcilla (black blood sausage) was a particular favorite of mine. Hagis, when prepared correctly, is surprisingly good, too.

I used to eat raw cauliflower like it was popcorn. No dipping sauce, just the vegetable.
