I'll answer that...no, there weren't. I've never heard anyone say that before. I just spent a few minutes googling, checking the TAF website, LSUsports, The Advocate, and NOLA.com. Nothing. TBH, I doubt anyone else has heard it either.

LSU has spent a lot of money on Tiger Stadium over the years. The school is about to finish an $87 million addition. and also spent $1.7 million to reseal the 3/4 of the stadium concrete that wasn't already resealed. As well replace all the seating. All told, the school has probably spent $300 million sprucing up the stadium over the last ten years.

I would be shocked to hear that Ole Miss has spent even a tenth of that amount on VHS over the same time period.

I understand your pique at someone trashing your stadium. But that doesn't excuse making stuff up.
