Sorry gumps, but this guy should be fired immediately for that comment alone. He is the MF AD and doesn't remember off hand who is on the schedule for the only important sport at the univahsity.

He's a business guy and will run our athletic department as such. He started the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC). I think we are in great hands with Bill Battle.

I've been ready to dump Battle since he agreed to an over 50% price increase for tickets to the Chik-Fil-A kickoff game. Lower bowl tickets jumped from $90 for VT last year to $140 this year.

Says a fan of the school that posts only about football knocking on fans that have started golf, softball, and tennis threads in the last few weeka. Just because Auburn only excels at one sport doesn't mean that the other SEC schools are the same way.
