I understand your feelings on Miles v. Saban, but are there any other coaches that you would rather?

Spurrier? Sumlin?

definitely not sumlin, still not sold on him honestly. we'll see how he does post manziel and whether he can sustain success over the long haul. if we're talking spurrier 10-15 years ago, then yes very possibly, but a near 70 year old spurrier, nah no thanks.

Nope. As of 2013, Spurrier(0-3) & Sumlin(0-2) have shown they can't beat Miles

I do like Spurrier a lot though

no...and i wouldn't trade him for Saban either

until Sumlin proves he can field a defense he'll be considered extremely mediocre

Honestly would only take Saban over him. There are other great coaches but Miles and Saban are the best fit for LSU.

For spurrier yes, esp if we are talking when miles first came on board.
I rather have Mark Richt than Kevin summlin

I wouldn't trade him, no. But there are a number of SEC coaches I'd be fine with LSU hiring if he retired.

so does that mean A&M would get Miles and we'd get Sumlin?

then hell no....they might actually field a defense and have a shot at beating us.

Most of them are just going to say "No."

Those same people would say "No." if you asked them if they would trade Harris or Jennings for Jameis Winston. Just how they roll

No, I wouldn't trade Miles for any coach in the SEC. Les Miles is too entertaining, you never know what he is going to do or say next that when grab national media attention. And he loves being in Louisiana.

No way. Has his faults but he is comedy gold. Makes it fun.
