Softball got 11 so who knows. If ESPN is broadcasting games you would think they want as many SEC teams as possible as SEC TV launch is fast approaching.

Not a chance with all these teams getting auto bids that had no business being in the tourney like SE Louisiana, GT(bubble), maybe UTSA(up on Rice in the final), and there is more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
