BTW.....does anyone have a good, foolproof rub or marinade for chicken breasts? I've got a pack thawing out now and need some inspiration. Just something good for a quick boring meal on the gas grill that kids would like too.

Italian dressing. I've been doing Cesar dressing lately injecting it in the whole chickens I smoke. Turns out great

Best rub for chicken, imo, is Chef Paul Prudhomme's "poultry magic". Try it next time.
