Women always seem to raise size issues when they are the jilted party. The bard always said "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"
Tend to say this is fake the as it happened last year and was just filed. If you get a restraining order it usually happens fairly quickly after the event. This is one area of the law that seem to move quickly (usually hours or days) and not months.
