No. We had several players and stories that have said as much. Off the top of my head (from last cycle): Neither Jalen Hurd (not a legacy) nor TK Jr. (legacy + Knoxville kid) would've committed to Dooley. I also doubt Josh Malone or Vic Wharton would've committed and several others. Dillon Bates wouldn't have come either even though both he and TK are legacies who wanted to attend UT - their dads were not going to recommend Dooley who was and is reviled by former players who've had contact with him. Plus, Dooley didn't bother recruiting instate, HS coaches were furious with him, and those are all instate kids.

Apparently, Petitbon yelled roll tide at Khalil after getting steamrolled once, brought to his knees another time, and smacked around like a child while he tried to hold on for dear life. Guess he got a little embarrassed by Kahlil owning him.
