Your point is flawed. A person that size can at least do one pull up. That means he can lift his own weight. So 6 months of a good workout routine would put him around 180 on bench

This!

being 6'3 myself i know for a fact it is much harder for those of us over 6' to squat, we make up for it with core and upper body strength. If you are that height and under 190-200 you most likely rely on core strength but even still you should be able to at least bench your own weight...

These numbers just dont add up
