Threaten it, let her know you've got the proof to make her owe you money, then never pursue it. I'm reminded of A Bronx Tale, you'll get her out of your life for a couple grand. It's worth it.

Garrison, if you've ever listened to anyone in your life, listen to me now. Send the letter getting you out of the lease. It's the last time I'm mentioning it and it may well save you a lot of bullshite and money in the future.

Unless you still want this broad in your life for some reason and this is a ploy to get her back in line, then delete the thread, stop asking for advice, and do what you want.
