I can imagine some teams leaving the conference in the future, and it has nothing to do with all the BS I've seen here. I believe that the playoff system, when expanded, will lead to conference reallignments. I can see schools leaving the conference for better oppurtunities to make the playoffs. Um, nah. Reality is that no one will want to leave a conference in the future for the exact reasons you claim they might.
