He is in his last year of his contract and i doubt it gets renewed...my guess is they saw more potential in aj than dalton and thats why they drafted him...granted him starting this year is a long shot. Dalton isnt a franchise qb. Not saying aj is either though

Dalton is fricking horrible, I personally don't think he is in the top 25 QBs in the NFL, but they didn't draft AJ to replace him. I think they would be smart to pass on resigning him and go after a QB in next year's draft unless someone does step up this season, but if you're expecting that someone to be McCarron, you'll likely be disappointed.
