I'm amazed people watch ESPN for anything but the actual games.

I haven't done that for years now.

I rarely watch it either. I thought I would give the draft a shot. It was interesting for the first 3 or so rounds. After that, it seemed all they wanted to talk about was if Michael Sam would be drafted and they insinuated that if he was not it was because he was gay. Only a couple of times did I hear it mentioned it could be because of his talent. One guy mentioned that many scouts felt he would be an undrafted free agent before he came out. The rest kept playing up the fact that he was the first SEC Defensive player of the year to be drafted so late.

For the people aghast at others who do not support the gay agenda....

I am not pro gay. I do not support the gay lifestyle. I am a Christian and I do believe that it is a sin. However, I do not believe they should be treated any differently than any other sinner...myself included. They should not be harassed, mocked, or treated badly by anyone. No more so than any other person. As a Christian I have to remember that I am not perfect and have sin in my life, too. I want forgiveness and understanding just like everybody else.

I think MOST Christians bristle, because we feel like we are being harassed into accepting a lifestyle that is contrary to our beliefs. We are being mocked and made fun of for our own way of living while the world defends and protects the gay lifestyle. Seems pretty hypocritical.
