Luckily where I'm at is pretty suburban and scenic though I'm afraid if I run with headphones I'll get hit by a car.
And belle I hear ya on the knee issues. I broke my ankle last February and it bothered me for the first time today since I hurt it. Definitely discouraging but I figure I'll just get a support brace or something.
