I'm walking with the hope of eventually getting up to running, but I don't know that I'll ever be able to with my knee. I've gotten to where I can't stand to walk on a treadmill in a gym and luckily Louisville has a great parks system.
I got a lighter pair of New Balances so I could go sockless and found out real quick it just isn't happening.
