There isn't a straight cutoff for what is a bust or not, but if you are a first round pick you are expected to be a big time contributor to your team. First round QB's are usually always expected to be franchise QB's.
History has shown us that 50% of the picks last night will have ended up being the wrong picks. That is life in the NFL.
