Speaking as someone looking from the outside, the expectations being placed on LF by a fair percentage of LSU fans seem significantly more unrealistic than pretty much any recruit I can recall. Certainly not all of you, but if you honestly haven't noticed the extremity of the hype in certain circles, well, there's not going to be anything I can say to convince you otherwise. Trust me, I'm not alone in noticing it.

He was the #1 RB recruit in the nation and the top offensive player in the nation. He is 6-1, 225 and runs a 4.4 40. His list of colleges seeking him was a who's who of college football's elite teams.

Who knows what will happen in college, but players of his type always come in with high expectations. It would be silly to not have high expectations for his kinda talent. Doesn't mean he will compete for the HT, just that as a fr. he certainly should compete to be the starting RB and that's high cotton in the SEC.
