The whole "what difference does it make" thing bothers me. I put the scandal on Hillary more than I do Obama.

Completely agree. Obama probably didn't know the official line was a lie much if any sooner than the rest of the country. It was Hillary trying to protect 2016.
I don't think for one second that her health is what led to her resignation right after she testified before congress.
