He told me he loved everything about the visit. Blown away by the facilities. Said it was tough to leave without committing and added that Tennessee was firmly at te top of his list.
I would speculate that NC State and Memphis are probably going to emerge as the competition.
Vols are in a good spot there and adding a juco pg in this class is probably a nice fit for the staff.

Octeus, a 6-foot-4 combo guard who will be eligible to play this season, averaged 13.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists last season.
According to both sources, Octeus is initially focusing on four programs ? Tennessee, UCLA, Baylor and Cincinnati.
One source told govols247 that Octeus would "almost certainly" start as Tennessee's point guard this season if he chose the Vols.
Tennessee has one spot available after senior center Rawane Ndiaye tore an ACL and was placed on a medical scholarship.
