I like your entire list so I will try and think of something different to add.

The beat down of Woody and Ohio State in the Sugar bowl was a good game. 35 to 6 or something like that.

The last drive against UGA after they block a punt to take the lead and Perkins finally lets Mike throw the ball and we march down the field for a very good win after it looked like we gave away the game.

Someone had the SEC championship game against UF in '99 I think? But the one point victory earlier in the year at the swamp to end their long unbeaten streak at home was a very good win.

The great comeback victory and touchdown pass by Walter Lewis against.....Oh Wait, I forgot how their endzones unique shape and family friends officiating the game had a slight effect on outcome.
