You need to realize the only reason the NBA was forced to act is because of the faux outrage in the media traditional and social. If they decided to get offended about Gay-Z then he'd be banned from the NBA.

It is all political. The NBA and everyone else have known about this guy for some time. This sounds like a setup to me and if this ends up in court discovery might be very interesting.
