Thank God we didn't hire him as a head coach, then.

There is zero evidence that he is a good coach
Unless you count being an offensive coordinator as a coach, in which case he has trophies indicating otherwise. Coincidentally, that is the position he hired him to perform.

I would travel back three years instead and have better warnings in place for 4/27/11.

What trophies are you speaking of?
The last time he was an offensive coordinator was almost 9 years ago and he was a Co-offensive coordinator with Sarkisian. He had the title of Offensive coordinator for what? 2 years of his coaching career?
He then went on to be the Head Coach of Raiders, Tennessee, and USC. Where he maybe had 1 good offensive team during that span. But did he teach the offense then or was it his offensive coordinators?
Either way. There isn't much proof that he is a good coach at all.. Wouldn't you say?
He was terrible as a head coach and has not had much experience as someone who focuses just on offensive duties without guidance from another co-offensive coordinator, or one he has hired when being head coach.
dude sucks
Bama fricked

Even after my post, you still make the argument that he sucks as an OC because he failed as a head coach. Any further debate on this is pointless.

He had the title or offensive coordinator for like two years man. I'm assuming he called the plays when he was a head coach in the pros and USC.
I can only use his head coach resume bc he hardly had an OC one lol

I would have laughed at how shitty Auburn was

You better hope you're right because if he turns out to be even good, you look like a fool whistling past the graveyard like that.
You probably told yourself (and the SEC Rant World) that Bama had no chance in your back yard stadium...how'd that turn out for you?

Hah I'm not sitting here trying to say Bama sucks now and aren't gonna be good.
I'm just saying, Lane Kiffen has not yet proven to be a good coach. In fact, he has proven the opposite. If he comes out and has a great offensive, kudos for the hire. But if not, I dont think too many will be surprised.
Do you agree?

Pretty sure I'd be asking you why you're wasting as valuable a resource as a time machine on something so petty and trivial.
Then I'd remember you're an Auburn fan, and it would make sense.

You could be warning Mitt Romney not to put Clint Eastwood on the podium and not to allow Candy Crowley to moderate the debate. You could be warning about earthquakes and other national disasters. You could be stopping crimes before they happen. You could be saving thousands of lives but no......like a typical Boog....WITH THE POWER TO GO BACK IN TIME.....it's all Bama, Bama, Bama

I would have denied your time travel claims, and complimented your photoshop skills.

Why is Tosh.0 in Bama gear and talking to Nick?

I kind of agree with this. It's definitely a wait and see for me with the offense under Kiffin.
I think one of his best years was actually 2009 with Tennessee. The offense looked much better than it did in 2008 before Kiffin. While not world-beaters, UT had the following improvement from 2008 to 2009 in Kiffin's only year there:
2008:
Scoring O: 110th, 17.33/game
Total O: 115th, 269/game
Pass O: 107th, 145/game
Rush O: 88th, 122/game
2009:
Scoring O: 43rd (+67 spots), 29.31/game (+12/game)
Total O: 60th (+55 spots), 383/game (+114/game)
Pass O: 46th (+61 spots), 226/game (+81/game)
Rush O: 54th (+34 spots), 157/game (+35/game)
I think he did a nice job with a bad/mediocre QB in Jonathan Crompton.
For Tennesse fans: how much control of the offense did Kiffin have in 2009? Was he the defacto offensive coordinator? How much did he work with the QB? Did you like his offense?

He is not Bama's head coach. I really don't think many on this board understand that.

First of all....I wouldn't tell you I'm from the future, fool. Secondly, what makes you think I need a machine? Thirdly, you wouldn't "remember" shite about me because you didn't have a profile until November of 2012, Skyraper.

I don't understand the hire, the guy has no credentials.
