LSU struggled with Arkansas at the end of the season. After the September game, one team improved drastically and the other one steadied out and declined some. LSU won the only one that matters, but anyone that thinks LSU would have beaten Auburn in November is either an LSU homer and or an Auburn hater.

I could understand that if you hadn't lost by two touchdowns. Otherwise it's just bullshite.

Solid post.

Auburn ended the season by beating Alabama, Mizzou, Georgia, and barely losing to Florida State. LSU finished the season by barely beating Arkansas, barely beating Iowa, and getting slammed by Alabama.

Anyone who make a definitive statement like this is most likely a homer themselves.

So because Chavis had built a D that is perfectly suited for spread teams, you have to be a homer or a hater to not pick Auburn?
