We don't have a rival for a few reasons
1. No other instate power. Tulane sucks. They were and are our rival, but since they can't fill a high school stadium we don't play them anymore.
2. Our nearby out of state teams either have no history with us or have their own rival to worry about. Ole Miss has MSU. Texas A&M has Texas (although they seem to have abandoned that one)

LSU backed out of a contract because a&m kicked their asses repeatedly, but Texas made your asses quit the damn conference, so stop with that crap.
