Yes, people are born gay.
And like many other things we are born with, but don't like about ourselves, we have the ability to change it.

Balding - Were you born with it? Yes. Can you change it? Yes.
Bi-polar - Are you born with it? Yes. Can you re-balance your brain? Yes.
Multiple blood disorders - Were you born with them? Yes. Can you alter them? Yes.

We change (and attempt to change) tons of things, and insecurities, in our lives that we were born with. Why is sexual orientation not able to be discussed as one of them?

I think everyone can agree I'm right. You're all welcome for expanding your mind.

Edited: because I believe this (and am right) I believe people can also turn gay if they wanted to. Some people don't like their big nose. Some people are happy with theirs. Some people don't like their small nose. There's enough insecurity to go around for all sorta of things, even being gay.

I'm not saying I know how to cure it. But just because they didn't have a a polio vaccine back in the day didn't mean it wasn't curable.

If somebody doesn't like something enough, somebody else will find a way to change it and charge them for it.

No doubt this will turn into a variation of the same thread we've had here for the past week.

Balding, bi-polar and multiple blood disorders aren't perversions. Homosexuality is.

if you have an elevated level of estrogen, you will like dudes. maybe there is a pill for that. but, until you take it, you will be gay.

You're correct. I was born gay, but I have chosen to be straight.

The thing about being gay is it's not a sickness. Why cure something people, for the most part, are happy being?

I wonder why you bring up a topic concerning gays. Are you insecure about your sexual orientation? Who gives a frick if anybody is gay or straight? I'm more concerned about the people who molest young children or the people who sexually torment their victims. We now have a case in Montgomery where a married couple sexually abused kids and both are charged with sodomy. I don't care what two consenting adults do behind closed doors. I know a married couple who can't perform sexually until the wife dumps a load of crap into his mouth. I know some male and female people you are gay. I don't view them in any other way than my straight friends are. I'm not gay, but I question why a straight person would bring up this subject. Are you leaning towards being gay and you need professional help? I hope that you find the correct answer to your question.

Why the frick do you even care? Gayness is not some disease - it's a genetic mutation, one that is unique among mutations in that it has no chance of becoming dominant through natural selection.

Get the frick over yourself.
