Since you and your ilk have twisted what I actually said into something I did NOT Say, let me clear it up for you.

I did NOT say "if not for the Bear". As a matter of fact, I quite clearly pointed out what factually happened while the Bear was Bama's coach.

But football (college football especially) has "eras" that any football fan is familiar with (fondly or not so fondly). The "Bear" era was one of those in southern college football. And as I *clearly* pointed out, the Bear kicked AU's arse like a red-headed step-child during that era.

Unfortunately, for you and your ilk (yet again), you enjoy repeatedly claiming HISTORIC domination of AU.

I'm so, so sorry if it hurts your feeling for me to point out that that "domination" only occurred during that singular era which I went out of my way to bring attention to.
