They were a top 10 D on paper. They also played in a conference with terrible offenses. They were a solid D. Had they played in any other automatic bid conference they would not have been a top 10 D.

They didn't play in any other conference. I understand you like to pick and choose whatever numbers benefit your argument, but they were a top 10 defense.

Treadwell
Lewis
Williams
Cooper
North
Coates

Everybody else is either injury prone, too inexperienced, doesn't have the previous production, or lacks the talent to be mentioned honestly. Yeah you can say Williams doesn't have the previous production, but the guy is the most talented WR in the SEC right now.
