Didn't Saban propose the 9 conference game format last year and got shot down by every SEC coach in the conference? I thought they voted for this last year and the vote was 13-1?

Best way to do a nine game schedule is everyone plays one neutral site conference game a year. Otherwise, the unbalanced schedule creates inherent advantages and I don't want to listen to LSU fans bitch about it.

Good thing coaches are meant to coach and win as many games as possible, not make decisions that are best for the conference, schools, and fans.

Yep. It created another famous Lesism when he said the coaches voted unanimously in favor of an eight-game schedule by 13-1 count
Saban was the one.
