Going on about 10 months. Porn is a terrible thing. Especially for a marriage. I've heard people talk about what it did to their lives and marriages. Thankfully I stopped all that before I got married.

I'm very interested in the claims some researchers make about its impact on dopamine sensitivity, etc. It seems to affect brain function the same way some other addictions do. I don't have a moral or relationship reason to do it, other than the desire to be all I can be.

Sounds like some of those people need a little more self-control.

Porn can just as well enhance a relationship if you know when to turn it off.

ETA: Like a lot of things in life, moderation is key.
