Inherits a very good roster. He will do well until he has to rely on his own players. They should be very good next year.

If he doesn't get out by year 3 he will eventually be fired. His staff is horrendous which really handcuffs his ability to get players.

Not hiring any coaches with ATL or Memphis ties was asinine and he is making the same mistake at Cal by not hiring any west coast guys.

I thought that was one of the downfalls of this upcoming team? Barren cupboard scenario like in football.

Who do we have coming back that can carry us? Didn't we just lose two highly regarded recruits? (I don't follow basketball too closely, so this isn't a, "What the frick are you talking about?" statement. Legitimate questions )
