I will say this. The affidavits submitted by the players who witnessed the sexual encounter match up perfectly in contradicting the statement of the alleged victim. I would guess that they were provided the statement of the witness in some form and drafted their affidavits accordingly.

The alleged victim had many issues with her statements which are glossed over in this article. But there's still some troubling details in all of this. But given how the police conducted the initial investigation, there's almost no way a conviction could have been obtained.

It doesn't surprise me that another woman had misgivings about her sexual encounter with Winston. There will be more.

FSU fans still slobber over Slimeball Winston too. They don't think he did ANYTHING wrong and defend him to the bitter end.

I wonder how many girls he's "run a train" on with his boys during his short life? All of them???

I was surprised to read that another woman had to seek counseling after her sexual encounter with JM. Shows there may be a pattern, and I also believe there will be more. JW likes the rough stuff - may have just pushed it too far with the most recent accuser.
