Depends on device.
I have an ipad and an iphone, both of which I like a lot. I also have a smaller Android based lenovo Yoga tablet I really like a lot as well.
I keep both IE and Chrome on my PC. Personal preference is Chrome, but wife likes IE better.

No, it doesn't. Apple has the iPod...for now...that's the only product that is better than an Android/Google product.
