If this happens, St Louis will trade out with someone who sees a chance to grab Bortles.

However, I think Houston takes Bortles.

I've been hearing a lot around Charlotte that Ellington to the Panthers in the 3rd is a real possibility. Bruce had a great bowl game, then combine and pro day, so his stock has gone up since the reg season.

Also, for you list you forgot Kelcy Quarles is projected in the 3rd to Green Bay.
